Sleep Revival
Description
Blending biblical wisdom, modern science, and simple daily habits, this two part seminar offers a fresh way to understand sleep and equips you with tools to find deep, consistent, and peaceful rest.
You’ll explore what Scripture and society say about rest, discover your own sleep patterns, and take part in a hands-on “Sleep Reset Challenge” to build healthy routines. Through group discussions and reflection, you’ll learn how to overcome common sleep struggles and create an environment that supports lasting change.
By the end, you’ll have clear steps to improve your sleep and a renewed understanding of rest as a gift that restores both body and spirit.
