The Task Force has been meeting since 2021 in order to prepare short-term and long-term plans for the program after our proposal was approved by the UBF leadership. So far, we have discussed and documented the core matters of the project, including the purpose, mission, and vision of the program; organization and administration; collaboration with other UBF programs such as Vision Camp, Gap Year Program, Emerging Leaders’ Cohort, Encounter in Europe, and so on; and curriculum and faculty development.

After deciding on the name of the program (“Vision Academy for Next Generation”), a suggestion was made to co-brand Vision Camp and Vision Academy as sister programs with Vision Camp to become an annual, in-person only, gathering, while Vision Academy will be a year-round online platform that offers practical and useful courses that address the issues faced by our young people today. We expect a strong synergy effect from this co-branding of the two programs. We even share the same web portal (visionubf.org)!

Please pray that God may use this academy for his glory in raising our next generation leaders. If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact me or any member of the Task Force below. We will need your prayer support and participation in order to achieve our goals. Thank you in advance for your support!

In Christ,
